In 1937 Nanjing, during WWII, postman A-Chang (Haoran Liu) is forced to work as a film developer for the Japanese army. Hidden inside the photo studio, he shelters civilians while secretly smuggling out photos that expose the massacre. Risking everything, A-Chang rises from an ordinary man to an unexpected hero, determined to save lives and reveal the truth.
